The Cottage at Newmoor Park is the archetypal tardis: looking small and sweet from almost every angle outside, inside is spacious with plenty of room for a family or friends to stretch out.
The entrance opens into the modern, well equipped kitchen dining room which in turn leads into the bright and airy lounge.
From the kitchen, a door leads to the internal hall with doors to the bedrooms and bathroom The generous main bedroom has a double bed whilst the second has two singles which can be zipped together as a queen size double should you wish. The bathroom is modern with large bath and separate shower.
Fixtures/Fittings
The kitchen is well equipped and has a gas hob; electric oven; microwave; toaster; washing machine and dishwasher. In the lounge, a flat screen TV with freeview and DVD player. The cottage has central heating.
Egyptian cotton bed linen and fluffy towels are provided.
Outside
A sweet private terrace is adjacent to the cottage and the rest of the grounds are there for you to enjoy!

Newmoor Park is a capacious, handsome home-from-home with four double bedrooms comfortably accommodating four couples - or two families (and with a little bit of configuring we are happy to provide up to three additional single beds for children).
The contemporary kitchen looks over the dining area which in turn leads to the south facing conservatory.
The large lounge has a woodburner at either end and is complimented with access to the bright garden room.
There is a downstairs loo and laundry.
On the first floor, a large bedroom with ensuite; a second double bedroom adjacent to the family bathroom; and on the second floor two double bedrooms share a modern shower room.
Fixtures/Fittings
The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with two ovens, microwave/oven, induction hob, full height fridge, full height freezer and dishwasher and the laundry room has washing machine and tumble dryer. Flat screen TV with freeview and blue ray DVD in the lounge, three further TVs with freeview and DVDs in bedrooms. In addition to central heating, the house has two woodburners
Egyptian cotton bedlinen and fluffy towels are provided.
Outside
You are welcome to make use of all the grounds at Newmoor Park
Bed & Breakfast
For a B&B break we offer very flexible suite comprising a large double bedroom with a lounge area which can easily accommodate an extra single bed - or for the larger family, an adjoining double room can be added. Comfy seating, TV, fluffy towels, Egyptian linen, fridge, usual tea and coffee provisions with some nice homemade sweet snacks. Not forgotten are the nice glasses and a corkscrew. And there is always the view!
In the morning, breakfast to suit you - traditional English or any variation you may prefer; you can even collect your own eggs if you want; or go all Continental - eat indoors, on the terrace, the deck, beside the river or anywhere else in the grounds!
