If you choose to be serviced accommodation:

This service can be provided daily, or on days determined by yourselves.

The  cottage/house will be cleaned from top to bottom; beds made; your bits tidied; and all rooms presented as though you had just arrived for your holiday. 

For catered accommodation:

This service can be provided daily, or on days determined by yourselves.

All meals will be provided: breakfast, morning coffee and biscuits; lunch (picnic or home); afternoon tea and cake; high tea; dinner.

Examples of catered accommodation:

All meat is from our fantastic local butcher; eggs are our own; vegetables come from the garden or local greengrocer; some bread is homemade; some jams and preserves are homemade.

Breakfast Examples:

Design your own hot breakfast choosing from:
Egg, bacon, sausage, tomato (tinned/fresh), baked beans, mushroom, black pudding

Followed up with:
Toast, butter, jam, marmalade

Or go Continental:
French/homemade bread/croissant, cheese, ham, cured meats, yoghurt, fruit, cereal

Plentiful fruit juice, tea and coffee

PS there are posh descriptions for what is offered…. but here we provide local, fresh, wonderfully cooked, tasty food.

Any night can be “Posh Night” – your choice during your stay when the boat is really pushed out with steak, oyster, paella, “Heston type”, or your very favourite evening/lunchtime meal: all included in the fully catered option (sometimes subject to a surcharge as …… expensive = sublime …. Talk to us.)
