Welcome to the internet version of Newmoor Park - self catering holiday cottage and guesthouse right on the Cornwall Devon border! 

At the real version, we like to think Newmoor Park is a place that feels somewhere between the homes of the Larkins and the Goodes: laid back, no pressure, home grown food, smashing ambience, free-roaming animals, space for children (and grown ups) to go all "swallows and amazons" or sit undisturbed in a quiet corner somewhere, or ponder the flowing river whilst fishing  .... all this wrapped up in laughter and beautiful grounds.

We let either the holiday cottage or the house on self catering, serviced or fully catered basis and a one or two bedroom suite is available for bed and breakfast (and lunch and dinner should you wish) when the house is not let. 

We are only two miles from Launceston so very centrally located to explore most of Cornwall and Devon.
